Participant Enrollment and Payment Agreement

This agreement sets out what you are enrolling in, what it costs, how payment works, and what happens if you need to cancel or withdraw. It is presented before purchase so nothing about the money is a surprise. Accepted applicants sign it as part of enrollment.

Parties and program

This Participant Enrollment and Payment Agreement is entered into between Matoska Productions LLC, referred to as the Provider, and the participant identified on the signature page, referred to as the Participant, for enrollment in the Inner Mastery Facilitation School two-year program.

Program commitment

The program is a two-year educational and experiential facilitation training that may include four live trainings, biweekly group calls, teaching videos, peer practice, demonstrations, feedback, and integration activities. The final schedule, locations, inclusions, and program requirements will be provided separately and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

The Participant understands that this is an educational and personal-development program. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis care, professional licensure, or a guarantee of certification, income, employment, or a particular personal or professional result.

Tuition choice

The Participant selects one tuition option. All options purchase the same program. Paid in full is $16,500, due upon enrollment. Each payment plan is a $3,000 enrollment payment followed by either 6 monthly payments of $2,375, for total tuition of $17,250, or 12 monthly payments of $1,250, for total tuition of $18,000. The higher payment-plan totals reflect the extended collection period, administration, and payment risk.

Payment authorization

For a payment plan, the Participant authorizes the Provider and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the $3,000 enrollment payment and then, on the plan the Participant selects, 6 consecutive monthly payments of $2,375 ($17,250 in total) or 12 consecutive monthly payments of $1,250 ($18,000 in total), beginning on January 1, 2027. This is a fixed payment schedule and does not renew beyond the total stated for the selected plan unless the Participant separately agrees in writing.

The Participant will keep a valid payment method on file and promptly update any expired or declined payment information. If a payment is declined, the Provider may pause access after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Any late fee must be disclosed in advance and may not exceed the amount permitted by applicable law.

Cancellation and refund policy

Seven-day review period. The Participant may cancel in writing within seven calendar days after signing and receive a full refund, provided the program has not begun. If the Participant expressly requests that services begin during this period, the Provider may deduct the reasonable value of services already delivered to the extent permitted by law.

Before the program begins. After the seven-day review period, the Provider may retain up to $1,500 of the enrollment payment as a seat-reservation and administrative amount. Any additional amount paid will be refunded within 30 days. The retained amount reflects a reasonable estimate of actual administrative work and loss associated with reserving the seat.

After the program begins. Tuition is earned as each program phase begins. The program is divided into four approximately six-month phases. After a $1,500 enrollment allocation, each phase is allocated $3,750 for paid-in-full participants, $3,937.50 on the 6-month plan, and $4,125 on the 12-month plan. Upon withdrawal, the Participant is responsible for the enrollment allocation and every phase that has begun. The Provider will stop future installments after the earned balance is paid and will refund any amount paid above the earned balance within 30 days.

Missed participation. No refund or reduction is provided for calls, trainings, videos, or activities the Participant chooses not to attend or complete while enrolled.

Emergency deferral. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or comparable hardship, the Provider may offer transfer to a future cohort or another reasonable accommodation. Any accommodation must be confirmed in writing and is not guaranteed.

Provider cancellation. If the Provider permanently cancels the program, the Provider will refund tuition attributable to undelivered program phases. Reasonable rescheduling, replacement faculty, or delivery-format changes do not automatically constitute cancellation if the core educational offering remains substantially available.

How to cancel or withdraw

The Participant may submit a cancellation or withdrawal request by email to vchafin@gmail.com, or by written notice to 4725 Panama Ln, Suite D3-282, Bakersfield CA 93313-3408, United States. The effective date is the date the notice is received. The Provider will provide written confirmation and a calculation of any amount earned, refunded, or remaining due.

Travel and personal expenses

Unless expressly stated on the registration page, tuition does not include the Participant's airfare, ground transportation, lodging, passports or visas, travel insurance, or personal expenses. Any meals or accommodations included in a particular live training will be identified in the event details.

Schedule and program changes

The Provider may make reasonable changes to dates, locations, faculty, curriculum sequence, or delivery format when necessary. The Provider will provide reasonable notice of material changes and will work in good faith to preserve the substance and value of the program.

Participant responsibility and conduct

The Participant is responsible for personal wellbeing, appropriate professional support, respectful conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with program safety agreements. The Provider may remove a participant whose conduct creates a material safety risk or substantially disrupts the learning environment. Any financial adjustment following removal will be determined under the earned-tuition approach above, subject to applicable law.

Dispute resolution and governing law

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through a good-faith written conversation. If the dispute is not resolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation before filing a civil action, unless emergency relief or small-claims procedures are appropriate. California law governs this agreement, without limiting any nonwaivable consumer right. Venue will be in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Entire agreement and electronic signatures

This agreement, together with the incorporated program description and any signed addendum, contains the parties' agreement regarding enrollment and payment. Changes must be in writing and accepted by both parties. Electronic signatures and counterparts may be treated as originals.

Acknowledgment

By signing, the Participant confirms that the tuition amount, payment schedule, cancellation method, and refund policy were presented before purchase, that the Participant had an opportunity to ask questions, and that the Participant authorizes the selected payment arrangement.
